Basketball PF Shoe
This is the original Hood PF canvas shoe designed for basketball, tennis and other sports. “PF” (Posture Foundation) – the arch support design covered by the patent on the left. The second patent was for the ventilated fabric used for the shoes.
Over time these shoes became an iconic fashion item, simply knows as “PF’s”.
The first basketball superstar, Bob Cousy, wore PF’s and there is still a shoe sold that carries his name.
